Dinner

I prepared rice for a dinner. Boiled basmati were halved in to two parts. One half was flavoured with self made Biryani masala and another half prepared as a Chinese style fried rice. With this rice plate, there was one vegetable dish. 

Basically, Cabbage with oregano, Carrot with mustard sauce, Bell pepper with basil, onion with vinegar, beans with pepper, after having cooked all these seperately, they were added in a gravy made out of cheese, chilly, and tomato.  In all, it was an interesting dinner along with curd and cup cakes.

But I am unhappy. Because rice got overcooked.

 

I wasn't like this. I wasn't. My friend rightly says I have changed and, in most chances not for better...
